      Many thanks Ann! I did most of this 'wet in wet', but I think the fact I fell in love with him as soon as I saw him made him a pleasure to paint! :)

    he's gorgeous, I love otters - was hoping to see one at the weekend at Leighton Moss as they've been seen there but no luck unfortunately! You've painted him beautifully xx

    I can see why you couldn't resist this little chap. He's gorgeous. You've painted him with lots of alert inquisitiveness just like an otter should have.

    Thank you for the birthdaywish you made me on my blog! I had a great day with my three kids visiting yesterday. My oldest is now 21 and has left for his own living and the two girls are with there father for a few days but wanted to visite mum for the birthday. So it was really nice with the whole family gathered!

    Anyway; Such a sweet little creature you have caught on this painting. And you did a great job with him. A nice blend of warm and cool colours too. I hope to see more cute ones like this one in the future!
